• Determine interested parties and their requirements that are relevant to the quality management system.
• Determine the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to prevent, and/or reduce undesired effects on the quality management system.
• Set quality objectives consistent with the quality management system and which are focussed towards continual improvement.
• Create awareness, develop skills, and competence among employees for achieving desired results of the quality management system.
• Ensure to review and comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements periodically.
